This can include anything from fully detailed and specified design and construction documents to a basic set of "builder drawings" with minimal details and drawings, as required to meet local code and permitting requirements.
ACCESSIBILITY DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE DESIGN

Title III of the 1990 ADA prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by public accommodations and requires places of public accommodation and commercial facilities to be designed, constructed and altered in compliance with the accessibility standards.
Working closely with Rick Hinrichs of Compliance Support Associates in Fairhope, Alabama (www.compliancesupportllc.com), we are able to document your existing facility, identify non-compliant elements and issues, and provide pragmatic design solutions to bring your building into ADA compliance.
Need drawings of your existing facilities or building...churches, convenience stores, houses? With over 25 years of CADD experience (and a few more than that doing architecture), Groninger Architecture can provide accurate, computer-generated as-built drawings, and interactive 3D computer models, of your existing facilities. These can be reproduced from existing drawings or from measurements taken on-site. As-built documents provide the basis for quality design, interior alterations and proposed additions, space planning, and master planning, or just a better understanding of your existing facilities.
